It started as an idea for a shirt... people would come up and say: "What does your shirt say?" "I don't speak Chinese," you could reply. ^_^
My idea originally used Russian but since I have no knowledge of Russian, beyond the few Russian songs I know, I decided to go with something I can read.

普通话 means Mandarian,中文 or 汉语 means Chinese language.
I don't like to speak Mandarian,coz part of it came from the Tunguz or even the Mongolian language.
